FedEx Return Manager Program

Midwest Laboratories’ Clients can now request pickups online in addition to calling the 1-800-GO-FEDEX. Clients can print FedEx Ground Labels, attach them to their packages and schedule pickup service online through the FedEx Return Manager Program.

Prerequisites
Must have a Midwest Laboratories (MWL) Account Number
Must use a MWL/FedEx Label (Can be printed from website, ordered of sent via email from MWL Associates.)
Process
Log-on with your Account #| Access the FedEx Pickup Action under the Shipping Options Menu
Information is pre-filled with respect to your MWL Account Information
Follow Instructions as indicated on the page, (See Example Below)
